Processing of tailings and dumps
The technology is based on the application of the method of radiometric or x-ray radiometric fluorescence sorting of material from tailings or dumps containing useful components (uranium, iron, copper, nickel, manganese, rare earth elements, etc.), with the release of concentrate and secondary tails. The resulting concentrate can be used without further processing (iron, copper, nickel, manganese) or, for the case of uranium concentrate or concentrate, the amounts of rare earth elements (samarium, gadolinium, europium, neodymium, etc.) are processed on a modular mobile unit (leaching , sorption, desorption, precipitation).
